Scheduling

We offer you different ways place a laundry pick up. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. We recommend to place your order Online or Mobil App because you can select your preferences (under ADD-ONS) for us to do your laundry exactly the way you like it.

MOBILE APP / ONLINE:
Sign Up in our Mobile App or Online.
Make sure to include all applicable information and instructions. Such as, Hotel Name, Room Number, Gate Code, Laundry location (Bell Desk, Backyard, Porch etc.).
Create a NEW ORDER (upper right corner).
Select your ADD-ONS
Select PICKUP and DELIVERY dates and times (If the time you need is not available, send us a message to request it).
Review your order.
The total shown is not accurate at this point, the actual total will be updated when your laundry gets weighted at our shop.
Submit your order.
Your will receive a confirmation text after we received and review your order.
If paying with Credit Card, save your Credit Card info (optional if paying with Cash).

Pick Up

Pack your soiled laundry/garments in plastic bags.
Give your soiled laundry to the driver in either of 2 ways:
- 2 - Meet the driver at arrival. Please have your laundry ready for pick up, due to schedule constraints, driver is not able to wait more than a few minutes.

Payment

Payment is processed before we deliver your clean laundry. We accept the following payment forms:
CREDIT CARD - MUST signup and save Credit Card info .
CASH - Must include cash at pick up time, enough to cover the cost of the service. We will give you the change when we return your clean laundry. The amount of cash to send must be overestimated since we do not know the exact cost until we weight your laundry at our shop. Don’t worry, we have earned a great reputation based on honesty; plus this gives you the freedom to not have to meet us at delivery to cover any underpayment.
CASH-APP - Download Mobile App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and submit payment using our tag $LAUNDRYVEGAS. Please notify us after submitting payment.

Delivery

Driver will notify you approx. 1/2 hr before delivery arrival time.
We will deliver your laundry at the same spot where we picked it up, unless given other instructions. Please make accommodations for where your clean laundry will be placed if you are not there to receive; keep in mind that some of your laundry might be in hangers and other in bags. Or, if you prefer, meet the driver to receive your clean laundry.

Delivery Service Area Pricing:

Price, Delivery Fee and Minimum Charge vary per area. Once you sign up and input your delivery address, you will be assigned to your corresponding area.

How is my laundry cleaned by Laundry Vegas?

Please refer to “How does Laundry Vegas cleans your laundry?” in our Wash & Fold page, under Services menu tab.

How do I pack my laundry to give to the driver?

Pack your clothes in resistant bags (laundry nylon bag, plastic trash bag, etc.). Sorry we do not take laundry in baskets or any other container.

Do I mix Wash & Fold laundry with Dry Cleaning garments?

Please place Dry Clean garments in a separate bag from your wash and fold garments; and label them as “dry clean”.

How do I give the Laundry Vegas Driver special instructions?

During the process of ordering online, under “confirm your order” page, there is a “Notes for order” where you can type any pertinent notes; such as: instructions to where you will leave your laundry for us to pick up (porch, side, back yard, hotel bell desk, hotel etc.).

Can I request special preferences on the products and way to finish my laundry?

Yes, you can select your preferences (such as Detergent, No Bleach, Extra Softener, Hang Shirts, etc.) under 'ADD-ONS'. Some will have a small extra charge. Availability of options vary based on the selected service.

Can the driver tell me the cost of my order?

Unfortunately, the driver could not give the exact cost of your order. However, we have minimum charges, if the weight of your laundry is over the allowances of our minimum charge, we will determine the exact cost after your order arrives to our shop and we weight it.

Can I cancel my laundry pick up order after the pick up?

Yes, however, to cover transportation expenses, there is a $30.00 fee if order is cancelled after we have picked it up.

When will my credit card be charged?

We charge your credit card after we create your receipt(s) with the actual the cost of your order, or before it leaves our shop for delivery back to you.

What is the turnaround time?

Turn around time depends on the type of service and weather you chose Express Service. Our aim is to be always on time.

What happens if I can't meet the driver for delivery

First, please make sure you have a Credit Card saved in your account so we can charge your order after it has been cleaned, unpaid orders will not be schedule for delivery. Let us know where to place your clean laundry at delivery (please consider that packaging will vary, e.g. hanged, folded). If you prefer, let us know to move the delivery to another day/time, you must notify us before we are on our way to your delivery or this will be incur a “Missed Delivery Fee”.
