  • Monday to Saturday. Saturday pickups will be deliver on Monday

Detail Instructions for Hotel Pick Ups

Scheduling

We offer you different ways to place a laundry pick up. Choose the one that is most convenient for you.

Signup / Login here...
  • MOBILE APP / ONLINE:
  • Sign Up in our Mobile App or Online
  • Make sure to include all applicable information and instructions (such as, Hotel Name, Room Number, etc.).
  • Create a NEW ORDER (upper right corner)
  • Select PICKUP and DELIVERY dates and times (If the time you need is not available, send us a message to request it)
  • Review your order
  • The total shown is not accurate at this point, the actual total will be updated when your laundry gets weighted at our shop
  • Submit your order
  • Your will receive a comfirmation text after we received and review your order
  • If paying with Credit Card, save your Credit Card info (optional if paying with Cash)

Picking Up from Las Vegas Strip Hotels

  1. Pack your soiled laundry/garments in bags or in your suitcase.
  2. Driver will notify you approx. 1/2 hr before pick up arrival time.
  3. Give your soiled laundry to the driver in either of 2 ways:
    • Most practical option – Drop off your soiled laundry to your hotel’s BELL DESK (most hotels gladly hold guests’ packages in wait to be picked up). If the Bell Desks gives you a claim ticket, please send us a picture.
    • Or – Meet the driver at the MAIN ENTRANCE of your hotel. Please be on time and have your laundry ready for pick up, due to schedule constraints, driver is not able to wait more than a few minutes. IMPORTANT: Resort Hotels restrictions does not allow us to go up to your room, leave our vehicle unattended or stop for more than a few minutes.

Payment

Payment is processed before we deliver your clean laundry and we accept the following payment forms:

  • Credit Card – Must Sign Up to save Credit Card info. We accept all major credit cards.
  • Cash – Must include cash at pick up time, enough to cover the cost of the service. We will give you the change when we return your clean laundry. The amount of cash to send must be overestimated since we do not know the exact cost until we weight your laundry at our shop. Don’t worry, we have earned a great reputation based on honesty; plus this gives you the freedom to not have to meet us at delivery to cover any underpayment.
  • Cash-app: Download Mobile App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store and submit payment using our tag $LAUNDRYVEGAS. Please notify us after submitting payment.

Delivery to Las Vegas Strip Hotels

  1. Driver will notify you approx. 1/2 hr before delivery arrival time.
  2. Your clean laundry will be delivered to your hotel’s BELL DESK (most practical option). Or, if you prefer, meet the driver at your hotel’s Main Entrance. 
  3. IMPORTANT: hotel restrictions does not allow us to go up to your room, leave our vehicle unattended, nor stop for more than a few minutes.
