About the Role 

As a new hire, you will receive training and materials to help you succeed. However, your success ultimately depends on your commitment to learning and executing your responsibilities. This includes reading manuals, asking questions, practicing procedures, and taking initiative to master your role.

To become an Expert Laundry Attendant, you must:

We operate every day, including most holidays, with shifts divided into:

• Morning Shift
• Afternoon Shift
• Night Shift (as needed, based on workload)

Key Responsibilities

As the only attendant on shift, you must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle responsibilities efficiently, including:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with a friendly attitude
• Helping customers operate washers, dryers, laundry card systems, ATMs, snack machines, and slot machines
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free laundromat, including cleaning machines, folding tables, and restrooms
• Addressing and troubleshooting machine issues to ensure smooth operations
• Processing Fluff & Fold and Dry Cleaning orders
• Handling cash transactions accurately, including providing change and processing payments
• Understanding garment types, fabrics, and ongoing discounts/promotions
• Monitoring slot machines and handling payouts
• Completing end-of-shift reports and following opening/closing procedures
• Upholding safety protocols and laundromat policies
